Our roots

 

In early 2000s, Dr. Abdelkrim Gherrabti developed an innovative bioreactor technology generating outperforming yield for the biosynthesis of aromas with its first application to produce highly purified natural fruity top notes for a leading  sweet syrup player.

 

Guided by this first success, inspired by nature, innovation driven & sustainability conscious, he founded Naturamole in 2003.

 

Since then, we have been developing further this innovation combined with innovative enzymatic biocatalysis to achieve ground-breaking natural aroma & fragrances ingredients with unique proprietary processes, today, at industrial scale.
